Tesla had 1/2 of her stitches removed yesterday. The reason only half were removed is because she is on a prednisone treatment and that evidently slows healing. I wouldn't notice, she seems to be healing just fine! She does not know how to nicely take a treat from your hand so she almost took off the doctors fingers yesterday. I have to work on that. Any suggestions?

First of all I would like to thank the fantastic staff at the Allentown Animal Clinic for all of their care and love they put into helping my Tesla. After the second surgery, I am happy to announce that they got all of the cancer! We are all so very happy and excited to have these results! Love my baby girl and look forward to many more happy years together! This photo was taken at the very same vets office the day I fell in love with her. She had chewed out of a harness that was growing into her skin. In the photo you can see where the buckle was. She was approximately 4 months old. Now she is two years old. She has been saved twice.

Cancer and dogs
You will be seeing a lot of photos of my best friend and dog Tesla. She had a cancerous lump removed and we are waiting for the results of the second surgery. For the remainder of her life, however long or short, I will be photographing her and posting our time together.
