I cried

Some one came into the shelter today to have their dog put down.  One look at her and I fell in love.  They wanted to put her down because she can't do steps anymore. I'm thinking the whole time that my dog can't do steps now but he was put on arthritis medication. How can you not do all you can do before euthanization?  My manager said she will not put her down. She can live her golden years being pampered by me and the secretaries behind the desk. She will be very spoiled!
